What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, choose monthly or annual billing to keep the location running. We never ask for a card to start.
Is it per technician?
No. A large shop and a one-van company at the same address pay the same. Another address is another location.
What about a group with several locations?
Each location has its own website, reviews, and client list. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
Do you mark up Google Ads?
No. Ad spend is billed by Google to your own ads account. MyITPortal is where you see it and adjust it.
Are text messages included?
The tools to text and email clients who opted in are included. Message volume follows the same usage included with the plan as our other portals. If you expect a very large list, ask us before you send the first blast.
