Privacy Policy
MyITPortal is a brand of Infuse Reviews LLC. This page covers the MyITPortal website and the dashboard companies use to run it.
Who we are
Infuse Reviews LLC provides MyITPortal. The IT or AV company that sends you a text or email is the business you hired. We provide the software they use to send it.
Company accounts
When a company starts a trial, we collect the owner’s name, email, password, business name, and mailing address so we can create the account and reach them about it. We do not sell that information.
Client texts and email
A client joins a company’s list from that company’s website or at the visit. Messages are for that company: service notes, reminders, specials, and similar updates. Every text includes a way to opt out, and email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out stops that company’s messages.
Reviews and surveys
Review requests go to the client the company asks us to contact. Surveys are optional. A reward, when the company offers one, is redeemed with that company.
